Registration for the High School Awards Banquet
Click on the appropriate button below and follow the directions to:
- Register the names of everyone coming to the Banquet, and
- Pay for their dinners (except for award-winning students and invited teachers). Cost of dinner per head: $35.00.
Print the PayPal receipt sent to the cardholder’s email address after payment and bring it to the check-in table at the Awards Banquet.
DO NOT REGISTER THE SAME PERSONS MORE THAN ONCE. If you need to make changes to a previous registration, please email Stacey Hamamura at edchair2@ocacs.org.
Invited Teachers and Student Winners:
Click here to register yourself and the student award-winners for the banquet. No payment is necessary. This form should be completed only by one Teacher from each High School.
Guests of Teachers & Student Winners:
Click here to register the names of guests and pay for their dinner reservations.
ACS Members & Guests:
Click here to register the names of ACS members and their guests and pay for their dinner reservations.
Any person (teacher, student, ACS member or guest) who attempts to register after registration is closed will not have a seat or a dinner, though they are invited to attend the Awards Presentation beginning at 7:30 pm.
All reservations must be made in advance. Unfortunately ACS cannot accept checks or cash/electronic payments at the door for this event.
