High School Chemistry Awards Dinner 2026

The Orange County Chemistry Awards Banquet will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 5:45 pm, at Orange Coast College, 2701 Fairview Rd, Costa Mesa, CA 92626, in the College Center Ballrooms (3rd Floor). This event is held to recognize the top students in the Orange County Chemistry Olympiad, the High School 1st-year Exam and the Orange County Science Fair, as well as outstanding chemistry teachers and OCACS volunteers who have been serving their communities generously and enthusiastically for many years.

Dinners for student winners and their teachers are provided compliments of the OCACS.

The Chemistry Olympiad was held on Saturday, February 28, 2026. The top student from each school, the top six school teams and those who competed in the US National Chemistry Olympiad will be honored at the Awards Dinner.

The Orange County Science Fair was held virtually on March 11, 2026.

Also presented during the Banquet are the Carol Grimes Teacher of the Year Award and other prizes.

Invited Teachers and Student Winners: Open Monday, April 27, 2026, at Noon and Close Monday, May 11, 2026, at Midnight.

Guests of Teachers & Student Winners: From Monday, May 4, 2026, at noon to Monday, May 11, 2026, at Midnight.

ACS Members & Guests: From Monday, May 4, 2026, at noon to Monday, May 11, 2026, at Midnight.
